Hardware & IoT
No. locatr.ai is hardware-agnostic. While our in-house GPS locks and trackers offer the best plug-and-play experience, we can integrate with your existing GPS devices and CCTV cameras.
It works like a standard ID badge but includes a GPS/Wi-Fi chip and a SIM card. If a visitor gets lost or has an emergency, they press the SOS button to initiate a two-way voice call with your security desk.
The device is built with internal memory. It logs the exact time and location of the tamper event and blasts an alert to your dashboard the second it re-enters a cellular coverage area.
Pricing & Support
Our pricing is modular. You only pay for the modules you use (e.g., just TMS, or just Video Telematics). We offer SaaS-based monthly subscriptions and volume-based discounts for large enterprise fleets.

Integration & Security
Yes. We have an API-first architecture. We offer native connectors for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Tally, ensuring your logistics data matches your financial records automatically.
Privacy is our priority. Tracking only begins once the driver receives an SMS and provides explicit consent. You can also configure the system to stop tracking automatically once the Trip is marked as completed in the TMS.
